We're looking for a few enthusiastic and hard working Business Development Representative(BDR's) to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:
Provides customer service and assist customers shopping online and over the phone.
Generate and set appointments for sales personnel in the dealership.
Manage incoming phone calls, internet inquiries, and chat responses via lead CRM platform.
Communicate closely with customer via phone, email, and text to provide best customer experience Participate in ongoing training sessions to learn new techniques and best practices in the industry.
Qualifications/Requirements:
No previous Automotive Experience Necessary - On the Job Training Provided! Great work ethic and attitude! An ambitious spirit with a willingness to learn! Excellent time-management skills - including the ability to manage your own schedule.
