We are looking for a talented and passionate individual, who is excited about joining our team and growing leaps and bounds with us! Key Responsibilities This role will be responsible for assisting in business development and sales operations.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Actively answering phones, email and text inquiries, and providing information about our services with an upbeat and pleasant attitude.
Manage all leads and customers with a sense of urgency, following up in a timely manner, accurately documenting conversations and inputting data into a CRM.
Assist the sales team with quoting projects and creating designs.
Assist with social media, networking and other marketing activities as time allows.
Be open and eager to learn new skills and help the company grow - the more you put into the position the more opportunity for growth within.
Puts the customers first - goes the extra mile to wow your customers with a positive attitude, meticulous attention to detail and consistent follow through.
Background We seek a candidate who is detail oriented, organized, thinks outside the box, creative and willing to take on new responsibilities and grow into a higher up position as we grow.
Desires to build strong client relationships and grow our business awareness Has a competitive drive, shows initiative and takes action Seeks something more than a job, looking to work and grow self and areas of responsibility Someone with a background in sales, business development, and knowledge of office products would be ideal, but not necessary.
