The successful candidate may be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, titles, filing, and general ledger.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP accounting principles and be comfortable working with financial software.
We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Must have dealership experience.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
Prepare and process invoices, bills, and other documents.
Perform data entry and filing duties.
Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
Prepare financial reports for management review.
Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Maintain office supplies and equipment.
