Desired Outcome of this Position Maintain a high retention ratio by being proactive and providing exceptional customer service Seek out additional revenue opportunities through Household reviews, cross-sell opportunities, policy weakness conversations, adding policy features and generating referrals for new business.
Conduct Annual Household Reviews Maintain agency processes Possesses a strong willingness to work hard to get the job done.
Plans and organizes in a productive manner.
Able to produce significant output with minimal wasted effort.
