As a manager in training you would learn everything from campaign execution to back end administration and account management.

Build a positive relationship with the charity client Learn how to execute community awareness campaigns Conduct charity fundraisers Train and develop new staff Develop a hiring and HR process Conduct market research to help the charity expand nationally Conduct client representative reviews Oversee client accounts Recommended Skills Communications Customer Service Leadership Marketing Sales Team Building Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
