Our ideal candidate has a desire to encourage team members to do their best, love our customers, and assist with the management of a high performing cafe.
Responsibilities Assist in training, coaching, and developing employees and team leaders Following and enforcing standard operating procedures Encourage baristas to continually improve their coffee skills and to deliver an exceptional experience to our customers Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service Weekly inventory reporting Qualifications Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused cafe Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize Our goal at Soul Caffeine is to love coffee and people.
