Accounts Receivable Manager
General Summary of ResponsibilitiesAccounts Receivable Manager will oversee the entire process of collecting payments from our company 's customers while maintaining a positive relationship with staff, vendors, and customers, as well as observing confidentiality of company matters.
The ideal candidate would be familiar with all accounting procedures and applicable laws.
They will be able to manage daily financial transactions end-to-end.
Key Areas of ResponsibilityReconciles receivables daily cash drawers, research and resolve discrepancies and posts to accounting software.
Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.
Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as assigned by management.
Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts.
Contact clients to ask about their overdue payments.
Take action to encourage timely payments.
Process payments and refunds.
Resolve billing and customer credit issues.
Update account status records and collection efforts.
Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status.
Conduct credit checks.
Educationo Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related fieldExperienceKnowledge of information accounting at a level normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent, and approximately 2-5 years of work experience.
