The United States Sports Academy, America's Sports University, is seeking a Chair of Sports Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general oversight of the largest such program in the country. Once selected, the Chair will have teaching and administrative responsibilities at the doctoral, master's and bachelor's degree levels. Teaching, advising, and committee work will take place in both residential and on-line, distance-education environments.
An earned Terminal Degree in sports management or a related discipline is required along with at least five years of teaching experience and evidence of scholarly productivity. The successful candidate will possess a background in sports administration, sports business, sports marketing, or a related area. Prior experience with distance education and online delivery systems is preferred. Excellent computer literacy and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Interest in, experience with, and knowledge of sports is a must. This is an immediate vacancy and the search will continue until the position is filled.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
