SALARY
COMMISSION
Starting Salary = $28,000 - $32,000 (DOE)
On Target Earnings = $45,000+
Job Purpose:
Generates leads by soliciting and obtaining qualified interest in products and services; understanding and interpreting technical requirements; providing technical responses and information; developing prospects and generating early sales funnel candidates.
Job Duties:
o Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations.
o Prospects new accounts by telephone, fax, and e-mail communications; verifying and entering information. High volume calling will be required in this position.
o Communicates clearly and articulates explanations of prospects direct questions.
o Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
o Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
o Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends; identifying sales opportunities.
