HIRING NOW FOR TWO DIFFERENT POSITIONS/LEVELS OF SALES CANDIDATES:
1 - EXPERIENCED - PRO CERTIFIED SALES PEOPLE (TOYOTA CERTIFIED PRO'S) - WE WILL PAY UP TO $20K SIGNING BONUS! You can expect compensation your first year of over $100K!
2 - AUTO SALES TRAINEES - No Previous Auto Sales Experience Required! Are you ready to start a new and exciting career? No experience? No problem! All you need is an open mind and a positive attitude. We are willing to train the right candidates! In fact, we will pay you up to $4,500 in training salary plus commission starting the day you are hired! Earnings potential your first year can range from $45,000 to $75,000!
OUR PERFECT CANDIDATES: Friendly, outgoing people who are well-organized, committed and dependable, and with a positive attitude. Must be willing to provide outstanding customer service. Computer proficiency is a plus. Good communication skills will help you to succeed!
Previous Auto Sales Experience is not necessary for our Sales Trainees. If you have experience in customer service, have worked in a business development center, for a wireless company, in advertising, real estate, have served in our military, account executive experience, construction, banking, financial services, public relations, mortgage industry, hospital, hotel, bartender and restaurant industries - please apply! JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - AUTO SALES CONSULTANTS - TOYOTA:
Greet customer and create rapport by asking questions about vehicle requirements
Demonstrate vehicle and brand specifics
Review and close vehicle contracts and vehicle loans
Other duties as required and assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS - AUTO SALES CONSULTANTS - TOYOTA:
Professional appearance and attire are imperative!
High school diploma (or equivalent)
Must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Must be authorized to work in the USA
