Eastern Shore Toyota is a growing and expanding dealer with a winning business model in the Daphne/Spanish Fort/Fairhope/Gulf Shores area and is seeking an Experienced Auto Sales Manager/Team Leader immediately! We are looking for a hit the ground running professional with more than 5 years' experience in the automotive industry.
Job
Responsibilities:
Assist the Sales Team in meeting dealership sales goals
The Auto Sales Manager must ensure customer retention and profitability by embracing our organization's core ideologies, vision, and culture.
Make sure customers are greeted promptly and determine suitable vehicle.
Suggest optional equipment for customer to purchase.
Proficient in computing and quoting sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount.
Proficient in all required paper transactions accompanying vehicle sales.
Stay abreast of availability of models and optional equipment.
Engage in business development practices
Maintain a prospect list and follow-up log.
Automotive Sales Manager Requirements:
TOYOTA EXPERIENCE IS A MAJOR PLUS!
Extensive experience managing and training a vehicle salesforce.
Experience in all aspects of a New/Used Vehicle Department is required
Desking deals.
Ability to support F&I department when need be, which includes contracting, funding, selling F&I product, etc
Appraising trades with assistance of Used Vehicle Manager and GM.
Maintaining high Customer Satisfaction standings and Customer Retention.
Willingness to work hard.
Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills
Ability to be analytical, problem solve and multi-task
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Personal/professional references must be available upon request
