Job Responsibilites Works approx.
20 hours a week, nights and weekends - checks guests into hotel after front desk closed, performs routine inspections of parking lot, exterior doors, stairwells, and hallways.
Typically is the first responder to emergency situations in the hotel which require police, fire, or EMS personnel.
This job comes with a free studio apartment with phone, cable, and all utilities paid.
Essential Functions This job requires personnel to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines.
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
Move up and down stairs, service ramps, and/or ladder.
Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
